Our electronic publications and/or other digital products such as software, herein referred to as 'publications', are delivered on CD ROM, or via direct download, when size permits.

We will cheerfully refund the purchase price of this publication to the original purchaser, less shipping and handling and fees, if any, for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.

We only ask that you allow us to attempt to remedy any problems you may be having with the publication.

We highly recommend that you download a sample/demo of our publications before you purchase a publication.

To request a refund, simply send us an e-mail at EBJP-Admin@ebookjoint.com, specifically requesting a refund, and including the following information:

1) Your name and address

2) Telephone number

3) E-mail address used when purchased

4) Name of publication

5) Serial number of publication

6) Last four digits of the credit card used for the purchase v7) We would appreciate knowing the reason that you are requesting a refund, or we'd like to know if you have any comments, or suggestions.

Please note that the Refund Period, 60 days, begins upon date of purchase, and not when you receive the publication, so, please be sure to use, and evaluate, the publication as soon as you receive it.

DEFECTIVE MEDIA

We will replace defective media (CD ROMs), or otherwise replace the publication through some other means, such as via download, when practical, free of charge, within 30 days of purchase.

Please send us an e-mail at EBJP-Admin@ebookjoint.com if there is a problem with the media.
